How Sentinel Watch Works
A managed, human-in-the-loop observation service. You define the events. We deploy the observers. You receive clean, structured data.
The Three-Step Process
1. Define Your Program
You tell us what events or behaviors you need documented. We work with you to build a precise observation taxonomy — the classification schema that every observer will follow. This becomes the specification for your data.
2. We Deploy Observers
Our vetted network of observers is deployed to the locations, environments, or contexts you specify. They use structured reporting tools to capture, tag, and document exactly what they see — in real time or on a scheduled basis.
3. You Receive Structured Data
Observations are delivered as timestamped, geolocated, labeled records — formatted to integrate directly into your ML pipeline, analytics platform, or research workflow. No cleaning required.
What Makes Our Observations Different
Most data collection pipelines rely on scraped content, synthetic generation, or low-quality crowdsourcing. Sentinel Watch is built differently.
Vetted Observers
Every observer in our network is screened and trained before deployment. They follow your classification protocol, not a generic one — which means consistent, reliable tagging across every observation.
Real Environments
Observations happen in the actual locations and contexts your model or research needs — retail floors, public spaces, logistics facilities, or wherever your use case requires. No simulations, no approximations.
Your Taxonomy
We don’t impose a fixed data schema. You define the event types, attributes, and labels that matter for your specific objective. The resulting dataset is shaped entirely by your research question.
Engagement Model
Every new client engagement starts with a scoped pilot. This lets you validate data quality and methodology fit before committing to a larger program.
Pilot
A defined scope, timeline, and geography. You receive a representative dataset and a quality review before deciding whether to scale.
Ongoing Program
Continuous or periodic observation runs, scaled to your volume and geographic requirements. Taxonomy can evolve as your model or research needs develop.
Custom Events
For AI clients, we can configure observers to watch for specific event types tied to your model’s training objectives — including rare or edge-case scenarios that are difficult to source any other way.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Your observation program, taxonomy, and data are yours. Sentinel Watch operates under strict confidentiality: we do not aggregate client data, share program details with third parties, or use your observations for any purpose outside your engagement. Each client program is isolated and governed by a dedicated service agreement.
